Coronado is a part of the San Diego County and it is known as the Most Expensive place in California. The city is also known as Coronado Island and in popular culture, the city is famous as The Crown City of California. The city has become a top tourist destination and the major attractions of the city are Coronado Bridge and the San Diego Bay surrounded by the luxurious restaurants. The city is known for its rich life style and very high living standards. The Coronado Flower Show is the famous annual festival of the city that is celebrated in the month of April every year. Hotel del Coronado is the biggest hotel of the city and it is considered as one of the World's Top Resorts. Several Hollywood movies have been shot in this hotel and the Hollywood celebrities are frequent visitors to the hotel and the city as well. The biggest schools in the city are Coronado Middle School and Coronado High School. The educational system of the city is governed by the Coronado Unified School District. One of the best places to visit when you are in the city are in Coronado is Orange Avenue. Famous residents of the city include Anita Page, Jim Laslavic and General Joseph Henry Pendleton.
