Overcharged!!!
I have been to Abbot's before but this last time on 10/9/11 I was overcharged $6 on a $16.47 purchase BY Anne. I immediately called when I noticed the overcharge on my purchase receipt. To my disappointment and now frustration, my many calls during business hours have not been returned. They seem to be fine when they are making sales but fall very very short when it come to taking care of their mistake! I guess my last option is to place a complaint against them with my credit card company. ABBOT'S MANAGEMENT WHY HAVEN'T YOU CALLED BACK TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR OVERCHARGE TO A CUSTOMER!!!... more

Same fun place, new owners

Worst service ever
My account is consistently mixed up wtih someone elses. When they dont pay bill in full, I dont get a delivery and run out of gas. Three times in 2 years I have been dropped off the schedule. Then it takes a week to get gas. Twice I have run out. Billing statements are incomprehensible and do not match what I have paid. Staff is rude and unwilling to solve the problem. I solved the problem by changing providers.... more
