Barbara Boxer has indicated that she will not cut social security. Whether she is elected or not, our country needs a bi-partisan solution to social security. There are basic demographic problems with social security. There are literally only a few workers now paying for an individual retiree. When social security was first enacted about forty workers paid for one retiree. That's the problem. Social security is a pay as you go arrangement. There just aren't enough workers paying in.
Are continuing education courses offered to real estate agents who are already working in the field?
After a real estate agent completes his or her training, are there any courses available to keep up with changing real estate trends? If so, what type of courses are offered to real estate agents want ...

I live in Frazier (not too far), I took some friends up there this afternoon for lunch. I figured it would be a nice drive and we could walk around and check out PMC. I have a 4 month old and a 2.5 year old. My friend is pregnant... I over heard the manager tell another table (who came in WAY after us) that she'd give them a discount because they had to wait... yes, they had to wait, but they only waited 40 mins to get their food (which was also a wrong order)... I know in reading this review you're thinking naw, she must be over exaggerating the time she waited, but I assure you I'm not. It was almost 2 hours from the time we walked in to the time our food arrived on our table. Maybe I wouldn't be so angry if I hadn't brought my kids... although I think 2 hours to wait if far tooo long. The food wasn't bad, but not worth the wait. Upon arriving, there was a couple who had just finished their meal and were on their way out... there were also 2 women sitting, chatting and eating. The waitress took our drink order but never gave us menus. About 5 mins later brought us menus. We decided on 3 burgers and a jr. burger with fries. My friend's husband wanted the bbq bacon burger though. Not complicated orders... Anyway, a party of 8 walked in and they were seated, drink orders taken and given menus. I see the waitress approaching and i'm sure she's coming to take our order? nope - went right to the big table. I figure she'll grab ours before placing theirs? NOPE! I'm trying to get her attention, but she's working her tip... anyway, I see another worker and ask her if we can please order... more
