Really Poor Experience
Ordered some Christmas cards from Americards online. After a week without receiving sent a inquiry to email info address listed on website. Message bounced back, same thing happened with only other email address listed. Called 800 number and got generic voice mail message. Received a call back the next day - order had not been shipped due to "computer problems". No apology. I canceled order.... more

Kenwood Oaks Guest House
A Delightful Retreat
During my sabbatical, I stayed in the separate Kenwood Oaks Cottage for one month (mid Dec 08-mid Jan 09) during the coldest, rainiest stretch this season and it was still wonderful. The location cannot be beaten re: excellent wineries close by, both large and small; a wonderful dog park just up the road for my canine companions, and a restful, peaceful setting for me. The Cottage was well maintained, cozy, comfortable and well appointed. The owner, Joan, was hospitable and responsive. I loved my stay so much, I am thinking about buying a place up there myself. Cooperative Tasting Room With Diversity and Fun to boot!
The Family Wineries Tasting Room is currently a six family wineries cooperative tasting room in the Sonoma Valley. The staff is knowledable about wines in general and of the individual family wineries. They have a comfortable atmosphere that encourages you to taste 6 wines from the wineries. We even later purchased a bottle and went to their beautiful picnic grounds and had our lunch we purchased at the local Glen Ellen Market. Be sure to put them on your wine tasting list when in Sonoma County... more

the care at green acres of napa was very poor. joe h.was a sorry admin. he treats staff like day labors i would not place my dog there he also owns green acres of sonoma treat the 1s you love better then he runs a bussiness... more
