The Saul-On
Rushed Service
I was looking forward to getting my hair styled by Saul even though I only needed a trim, I've been trying to grow out my hair, and a touch of color to my roots. He seemed to understand what I wanted, but then proceeded to speedily snip and cut and ended up over thinning my hair, its now half its normal volume, and cut in uneven layers. Not only did I have to go in for a another cut, taking more of my length away, but I also had to redo the color as well because you could still see my roots!! And I could not go back to complain because I wan only in town for that week! I don't plan on going back, if he had taken his time to cut my hair instead of rushing through my cut I would still have a full head of hair.... more

They had a really pushy sales lady who sold me a powerchair, but they give nothing but excuses and never repair it or replace the battery despite the warrenty.... more

The Saul-On
Courtesy, or the lack thereof - BY THE STYLIST!!
I recently read "tips for being a good patron" on the internet= here is one that makes sense: Come at least five minutes early. If you're running late, please call ahead. Show me some basic respect. This is a business, not fun and games. Well, at the Saul-On this tip ONLY applies to clients, not the stylist. I have had to wait up to one and one half hours for appointment that I scheduled in advance, and on two separate occasions I waited 15 minutes to thirty-five minutes, and when I thought I was next, I saw Saul sitting in the chair having his hair styled. Well, I said nothing the first time; maybe that was the only time he could get his hair done. After the second time, I decided not to return. After all what is good for the client is also good for the stylist!!!!!!!... more
