Were to start? The employees are beyond incompetent. From the security, food servers, nurses and their helpers. they are more interested in arguing with each other, creating tension, playing petty games and not creating a peaceful environment for a sick patient. The management and doctors should be completely embarrassed over the poor service and low level of professionalism. This place is disturbing.... more

Fast, reasonable, and excellent customer service...
I have only been living in the city for 2 months, and already Redwood City has given us quite the warm welcome.... first there were the two parking tickets my boyfriend got. Then he had his car towed for $500. Then he had his passenger side window smashed in. Thank God for Redwood City Windshield Shop though. We called them at our shop, went to Starbucks for an hour and a half (where I discovered Angry Birds heh), then came back and surprised to see It looks great. Not only did they vacuum up all the glass, but the vacuumed the WHOLE car. It's been a crazy two months of living in Redwood City, but at least we know where to go next time we are in need of window repairs...!... more

Had a windshield chip repaired to keep it from spreading and having to replace the whole windshield? While it does not look brand new, it's better and won't spread. They offered, same day and with free mobile service. How often can you say that? Already recommended them to a friend!... more
