Frustrated Customer
I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their response time to filing my taxes was poor at best. Plus their final billing was over double what they originally quoted. When questioned about the final bill they took the approach of "too bad, deal with it." Now I am stuck paying more than if I had gone with another firm. Below is an actual response from one of their partners, Albert Nunes, about my questioning their invoices. "Before I take on a new client I usually try to do a back ground check but I didn't. The sad part is I should have" Is this the type of company you want working for you? I would think twice before I use their services. They will treat you like superstars to get your business and in the end... you are nothing but a dollar sign to them.... more
