If you want to DO-It- Yourself..

1. Wash the House-Pressurewash
2. Sand, Scrape flaking paint. ( Wear a respirators mask )
3. Prime all sanded wood and all other fascia boards.
4. Caulk all seams, wipe clean with a wet rag.
5. Lightly sand and prime any glossy surfaces.
6. Mask windows, cover hedges, have plenty of drop clothes cover your cement and bricks.
7. Since its a one story house-brush and roll everything-Take your time.( Unless you've used an airless sprayer before you shouldn't rent one, you could get hurt.)

Equipment. 4' ladder, 6' ladder, 18' extension ladder,
extension pole, adjustable, 5 gallon bucket , paint grid, roller, 9" roller covers ( 2 ), small 6" roller, small bucket and grid,
3" angled brush, 2" angled brush. wood putty, rags, masking tape

Don't order to much paint you can always buy more, but can't return custom mixed colors.
Paint Coverage:

Approximately 400 sq. ft. per gallon
Example: ( 20 ft. x10 ft. =200 square ft) 2 coats = 400 sq. ft.
1 gallon will cover 200 sq. ft.
5 gallons will cover 1000 sq. ft . Approximately

Have a wet rag handy with a bucket of water so you can quickly wipe up any mistakes before they dry..
