I went with my friend to translate for her to this store, regarless of the situation between the store and my friend, the manager of this store was very rude, call my friend a liar, yell at her in front of me, try to do the same to me, but I told him that he is not professional, he is a liar because he said his store was closed, which it wasn't and he said the word F.....K three times!!! he is rude, and doesn't know how to treat people, I am gonna take this further, he really doesn't know how to talk to people...rude rude ruuude....his name is Eddie..stay away from this store... more

I wish I could give it NO STARS! The owner Mark is the most rudest person I ever met. For someone in the medical industry you would think he would have more compassion for people. I rented an outdated electric scooter for my mom from him and within 2 hours it broke down, when I asked for a refund I was told by Mark Ehler that it's not my problem. He says I dont know what you did to it when you left here. So please any one out there looking for medical equipment save yourself heartache and go somewhere else.... more

Zap Zone (Lazer Tag)
Horrible management
While laser tagging with my children, I couldn't help but notice how rude the management was acting towards some of the customers. A group of 17 year old girls were being pushed around by the "so called" manager (a man NOT in uniform, to be confused with any average person)as they were waiting for their friend's vest to work correctly. After explaining the situation to the man, I heard him call one of the girls a b**** and tell them how he was "in charge and could start the game right now" if he wanted to. The leaders of the organization need to be highly reprimanded, for their idea of customer service is terrible. Under no circumstance should you treat any person (especially a minor) this way. This same type of service was displayed throughout the day as a pattern of inappropriate behavior was displayed by staff, and "managers" alike. Never returning to this establishment, rather I will take the drive to Modesto if i so desire.... more
