Customer "Service" - not quite
I have had my 2001 Ford Escape in the Service Dept. at Gropetti Ford now somewhere between 7 and 10 times for the same problem, I have not only lost count, but I have lost patience. I finally took my car to another shop only to be told it looked like the work they said had been done may never have been done. They swear it was. Light came on again after I got it back, took it to a different shop again only to find out it was still the same problem. Ford has refused to pay for the diagnostic from the second shop saying I should have brouoght it back to them. They don't understand that they have broken our trust in them. We purcahsed a truck from them originally but they have lost us as customers for good. Take your car somewhere else.... more

Refusal to fix their mistake
Items I was shipped do not work as advertised. Envirosafety was kind enough to offer a refund for the items, and after much prodding, refund the original shipping charge. They were not at all willing to refund the cost of shipping the items back to them, leaving me stuck paying to fix their mistake. Ridiculous. Do not buy from this company.... more
