Remember that Realtors are not attorneys and any legal advice that we give is outside our scope of expertise. What I do know, at least in my own state of alaska is that you are still liable for the portion of the time that the owner owns the property and you have a a lease. My guess would be that they still can force a judgment for what you owe. Its up to you and this is a different state so please talk to a real estate professional in your state or an attorney.

Rocky Mountain Truck Service. The people were very helpful in getting my diesel pickup back up and running. I took the truck to 2 different big shops and could not seem to get my truck fixed. Wow, maria are your sure its the company you use because i have been with BCD for 5 years now, and have never had a problem, i think they are the best. Well there was one time they didnt pick up but it was because i had not paid them, got them paid and they picked me up. Now they just withdraw my money from my bank account every three months, thats a neat service. Keep up the good work guy!... more

These people truly have no idea about good customer service, and they try to boss you around. They do not believe in working with parents to figure out what's best for your child. I decided not to take my newborn in for a two day visit after leaving the hospital, because she had just been examined by neonatal nurse in lactation and was determined to be fine. However, when I called to schedule her two week visit they refused my daughter service because I had decided not to take her in for this two day visit. I could not believe it and they were very rude.... more
