Needs some care
I visit this laundry when I need big loads done. The young lady that works there is terrific. Washers are good. The placeis kept clean on the inside. I would suggest some new chairs... vinyl is best. The cloth seats are stained. There is a safety issue here-- due to burned out lights outside. Place is dark...sidewalk and parking lot are pitch dark when sun goes down. Please fix! I have often felt I could trip while getting a load in or out of my car. Unsafe environment when dark outside.... more

Worthless shop
I ordered some parts and even provided the part number and was told they would have it in 2 days(Wed). When I called 3 days later(Thurs) they told me that it was on its way and the would have it the following Monday and would call when it was in. When I had not gotten a call by Tues, I called again and they said that it was in their warehouse and hadn't been put on the truck to bring it to the shop. They again acted annoyed and said that they would call me when it was in. That was a week ago and it has now been over 3 weeks that I've been waiting. I went in today and asked where they were and again got the run around. The guy there said they would be there tomorrow. I wouldn't EVER recommend this worthless service place to my worst enemy. I am expecting to have to call my credit card company tomorrow to dispute their charge, when they still don't have the parts.... more
