Be Careful of Carroll Car Care
BE CAREFUL when using this mechanic. Had work done by Travis before. Had good results, but this last time...Called to get my vehicle running and Travis came to my house. I got a really expensive tune-up($384.00) and still had trouble with my vehicle. Called to see when Travis was going to get it fixed. I talk to Sara, his wife, because you can't get past her to talk to Travis, and the "part" they ordered was on its way. Called two weeks later, the "part" still hadn't arrived. A tow truck bill later and another mechinc my Bronco is up and running. I still haven't heard back. If you have a major prblem with your car go to a reputable mechanic, otherwise he's ok for small problems.. If you use him for anything major, I have numbers for a tow truck and reliable mechanic. Sare give Travis his balls back so he can man up and make this good.... more

Will never use another florist! Her creations are unique, and several steps above all the rest. Easton Paint & Body
Beware!!
Brought my BMW to their shop and not only were the repairs inferior but several items were left unfinished and additional damage was done to the car as well. Their attitude to the poor craftsmanship was less than professional and said they would fix the damage to my car but would not get me a rental car for the two days of repair. Called State Farm and had a post repair inspection done where they contacted Eaton Paint & Body Specialist LLC to get the problems fixed. Eaton Paint and Body agreed to fix the extra damages, unfinished work and provide a rental car but once I arrived told me they would not disassemble the door (from extra damage) but only tape it out. I told them not to touch the door if they weren't going to do a quality job.They then informed me they would not warranty the work either! Wow their answer to the BBB compalint I filed was that they didn't care because they weren't a member of the BBB! Beware don't go there for any work if you want it done right!... more
