. As a seasonal business, I spend 12 hours a day making sales, sourcing and purchasing materials, designing, and supervising crews. I don't have time to organize and track all the paperwork, and by the end of the season, it's a mess. Kristen did wonders for taking over my paperwork. She found money by tracking receipts to each job, made sure that change orders were billed out correctly, and signed off on. She is currently working to ensure my employment records meet all regulations and getting IRS paperwork filed. My wife and I moved to Colorado from Florida. Our daughter joined Universal, but did not like it. I observed unorganization. The gymnast were allowed to goof off and pretty much walk ove the coaches. The owners of the facility are very nice, but there is one coach that has black hair and is very unhealthy looking. She is very rude and does not look like she is having a good time. She is constantly on her phone and not personable at all. She looks a little old to be a gym coach. However, I would not recommend Universal gymnastics.... more
I find that it is poor business etiquette for Primerica to submit false auto quotes to area insurance companies (that Agents pay for) to try and market “business opportunities” to the staff that is calling the leads back. Any company that has to stoop to such low standards to gain life insurance policies and producers is a negative in my book.
