LOUSY SERVICE, NEVER REC'D $250 ORDER!
Sorry to say this company provided poor service; they delivered ordered merchandise via USPS without requiring a delivery signature, and I never received $251 in items ordered. They must have been delivered somewhere... but never to us! I have a very sheltered front porch in a high end neighborhood-- I order everything online and have never had this happen before. Following the mishap, South Beach only sporadically answered emails and pocketed my money without offering store credit or to re-send the items ordered. If you order their really-cute stuff, insist on a signature-required delivery!... more
