If you are investing in a home to resale be careful about things like outragous colors that can't be changed easily. Things like siding, roofing, flooring, cabinets and countertops.
Also watch out for doing things that will limit the amount of people that will like your home...such as odd shaped windows, strange cut outs and roof pitches. While appealing to some it will limit the amount of lookers that can see themselves living in the home in the future so it could take longer to sale.

Service
The only difference between these guys and a bank rob is a bank robber uses a gun. Paid to have boat repaired, they had it most of the sumer. Got it back and it had the same problem we took it in for. After taking it back twice and $1,400.00 late still same problem. Went to another repair shop, $20.00 later ( fuel filter) boat runs great. Told Action Watercraft I thought is was the filter, they said the filter was fine, it was the fuel pump, then the fuel lines, never changed the fuel filter. Use them at your own risk. I was told to stay away from them but didn't listen.... more

Robert's Repair Service
Very Uprofessional -
I would not recommend Robert's Repair Service to anyone!!! I had the unfortunate experiense in our Lexus breaking down with an alternator problem at the beach. I am a car dealer myself and a shop owner and know what good service is and trust me, Robert's Repair Service does not know anything about good service and customer satisfaction. I had to locate the part myself at Lexus in Wilmington and had the part sent to them because they told me they couldn't get the part for 2-3 days (what a joke). They promised me they would have our Lexus ready the same day if the alternator got to them before noon, which it did, it got to them at 11am and then they broke their promise with lame excuses and a nasty attitude. Real unprofessional!!! I had to take the vehicle out of their shop, buy my own tools and replace my own alternator!!! How about that for a good time at the beach. I am lucky that I know how to fix my own vehicle, but I really didn't want to do that.... more
