What is going on?
This is my first bank. And I just got this letter in the mail from fsnb saying I got a notice of items with insufficient funds and that the items listed below either have been paid or returned, Then it says that please deduct a handling charge of 18.00 and my overdraft limit is $50 and current balance is $24.29- The problem is I don't really understand because I checked a week and a half ago and I had $140 in the account. I have only used it once since and that was only $18 for interview jeans. So what happened?... more

Worst bank I have ever seen
My husband got an account with fsnb after he joined the marines and added me not very long ago. He has to go to the bank atleast once a month to find out happened to our money and why our account is in the neg. We keep up with our money pretty good, but everytime we turn around our checking account balance is messed up. for the last 2 weeks we have called and made sure pretty much everyday what amount we have in our account just from past experiences with them and we have spent money along the way but going according to what they were saying we had and what we knew we should have we were fine doing that. well i checked our account today and back in the neg it is and it shouldnt be so when my husband gets off work back to the bank we go. they keep saying its not them its the places we spend money. i dont think so because i have another account with another bank thats not even in this state and that stuff never happens. FSNB Issues
First off yeah I've had fsnb for awhile and never bothered switching it because they liked taking advantage of a situation I had where I had a loan with them which now I wish I never established. After 4+ years with a company I worked for that is just as shady as FSNB I was forced to leave so basically they are repo'ing the vehicle and would make no kind of arrangements on paying them even though the amount that was paid for the truck has already been paid I only had remaining interest to pay. As for the missing money there is a shady grey line some banks like FSNB play because they make money with the FDIC deal where they get daily interest on how much money they hold. So they put a percentage that comes in reserve that they take in as profit. Those automatic NSF fee's some of you talked about that is an automatic charge in their computers that gives their reps talking points to remove so they make it look like they are doing nothing wrong :D Have Fun :)... more
