PIKE CREEK IS NOT INTERESTED IN CHANGING!!!!!!
DOCTORS ARE NOT INTERESTED IN HEARING WHAT THEIR CLIENTS HAVE TO SAY!!!!! I chose to go to another VET(VCA KIRKWOOD) and It makes it all clear that PIKE CREEK VETERINARY HOSPITAL IS THE PITS!!! The Staff at VCA Kirkwood were the most friendly and professional staff I have ever met. They actually introduced themselves to me and shook my hand. The Doctor played with my dog and spoke softly to her and even gave her kisses! The Tech staff were very professional and informative! I am so happy at VCA! On the other hand; PIKE CREEK VET needs to change their ways! Remember, there are many clients watching how you do business! If you are not open to making changes and listening to your clients, then take this advice and make sure you treat every Animal client and it's Human caretaker as if the person is on an investigative team evaluating your hospital...maybe then you might change the way you do business!!... more

Worst for Wedding Cakes!
My finace and i went to bings to get a cake for our wedding. The cake samples were OK. The basics, chocolate and vanilla were fine, but the other flavor types were too dry. However, our complaints come in with the service. During our consultation, I showed the "baker" some pictures I pulled off of the internet, and in a very condescending and rude tone she says to me "Do you think your are on the cake boss?". I was appalled, but yet the appointment continued, and she showed me some cakes that she "might" be able to do. We left the bakery and she said she would call within a week with pricing information. HOWEVER, she NEVER called back, not event to tell me that they wouldn't be able to bake the cake. I thought that was extremely unprofessional. I took my SAME EXACT picture from the internet to another bakery called Sweets to You by Gingers Inc, in Wilmington, and they are going to make my wedding cake exactly how I want it. Short story long, I will never go back to Bing'... more
