This resort has gone way downhill since it is no longer affiliated with Celebrity Resorts. A deep cleaning, new furniture, and a change of management would only go a little ways toward fixing the problems at this place. It was news to me that I couldn't get a clean set of room towels during my stay because I'd only reserved 5 nights (instead of 7). I know the construction next door is not their fault, but since it's been going on for 4 months, I should have been told when I reserved the room. Maybe I could have had a room on the other side of the building but instead, I got to spend my vacation awakened at 7:00am by power tools 15 feet from my bedroom window. To top it off, when we checked out a day early because we couldn't take it any more, the manager had the nerve to charge me for a night we wouldn't be staying! What a jerk! Take my advice - if you have to spend more money to sleep in a TENT, you'll be better off - just drive right past THIS place. What a waste of time and money.... more
