We are always dissapointed when a customer isnt happy...BUT....18 month...YES 18MONTHS..Those in retail and even those how arent know you dont return something almost 2 yrs later..... We think its two years because that is what she said, even though she did not have a receipt or remember which name she put the job under. She also never had the ring checked in "two years." You don't stay in business 55 years because you do business like what has been stated. When we looked at this ring we saw that the metal was brittle and was falling apart in other places. Its not like we did not try to talk or communicate with her. she kept hanging-up on us because we only tried to work with her and not pay for everything.... more

Run Fast from this company!
NEVER ever use this company. Many spots were missed when it was originally done,and in just a little over a year the bottom of our tub flaked up in 2 spots. After many calls...unanswered. I finally got a reply via email that said they no longer will honor the so called 10 year warranty. An array of lies. We did not violate any parts of the warranty policy. DO NOT use these people. They did not honor the warranty and therefore have no honor themselves. There are two sides to Eduardo (Eddie) Villalon. Once your tub is done, he is done with you. He will not come back if there are problems.... more

I have taken my ring to another jeweler who claims the ring can be fixed I will get it fixed and then I guess it is to small claims court. I'm sorry it has to go this far I was will to com promise with them but will not talk to me anymore.... more

We stopped in yesterday and found new management for this little gem. Our orders were cooked to perfection with rapid service. My mother loves Gyros the Greek slices of meat grilled on the cone served in one of the best pita bread I've had in a long time. The roast beef sub I ordered actually had a tasty flavor like real beef should have. The new owner was extremely friendly. Great prices fresh food, I'll be back soon.... more
