SW Florida has beautiful white sand beaches, a great sunny climate, a growing state university (FGCU ) and decent road systems. Other ammenities include the peaceful Gulf of Mexico, golf, fishing and cultural attractions that many in the area take for granted. Many cultures are attracted to our community; which makes it such an interesting place to live. SW Florida International Airport is enjoyed by many; with flights from and to locations around the globe. Investment opportunites abound, with affordable homes in Lehigh Acres and Cape Coral. Many of these investments are newer homes built from 2005 on. Easy living can be enjoyed in the many planned and maintained tropical vacation like communities in Fort Myers. Sanibel and Captiva Islands are breathtaking one of a kind islands, accessible by both car and boat. It is cheaper to live in Fort Myers than Atlanta, Tennessee or North Carolina; and alot warmer.
