BEWARE!! AVOID POSITIVE AIR CONDITIONING LLC
Positive Air and Kevin Cassidy are a hack! First of all, Kevin does not do the actual work, he has two younger guys that look like apprentices doing all the work. I contacted Kevin and Positive air to install a used unit at my place of business. After six months the compressor failed. When I called Kevin, he tried to deny installing the unit! Good thing I kept my receipt! After having to haggle with him, he begrudgingly installed another compressor. This unit was also defective as it was drawing too much current. Lo and behold, this unit failed after six months of use (no surprise). Kevin is a total fraud that takes advantage of unsuspecting clients. He is arrogant and talks down to the customer. BUYER BEWARE! There are good A/C contractors out there. Do your homework! BEWARE!
