I don't know if it had anything to do with other complaints, the BBB where Aspen Dental is headquartered (New York) or just proper management ... but they did get in touch with me, apologies were tendered, and a plan of action put in place to fix the things that should have been fixed in the first place. The new doctor is phenomenal, honestly one of the best that I've had to deal with in the past 20 years. Making the corrections from the mishaps by their previous doctor didn't cost me a penny. As of today, January 2012, I'm very pleased with their entire staff and my results. The only reason why this review has 4 as opposed to 5 stars, is because the proper solutions were only implemented after I wrote letters and complained. Sometimes that's what it takes though and if more people took those steps, more business would act accordingly. As far as I'm concerned Aspen Dental of Merritt Island is now an excellent place to go to for your dental needs.... more

SNAKE-RUN!!!!

I wish there was an option for negative stars because Doug at Pool Dr would've gotten it! I abhore this man and this business. He is a snake and you should run. He stole my money, did the crappiest work he could get away with, took advantage of a single woman and now I'm paying attorney's fees to try and sue him. He left a mess in my backyard, never gave me what I purchased and won't answer his darn phone when I call. His wife is just as nasty as he is! RRRRUUUUNNNNN SNAKE!... more

Lazy Bean Coffee Company

Amazing!

Nice to find 'real' food in a mall! The food is fresh, homemade and served with real interest in your happiness. Great coffee and an amazing selection of fresh roasted coffee beans. You can really tell this place is privately owned. Each customer is treated like family, not just a face with a wallet.... more

Don't use them

They refuse ANY refund - even if you don't use them (and I made reservation that morning so when thry trid to use the 24 hour rule against me it was physically impossible). . Call Enterpeise rent a car - cheaper and you don't have to wait.... more

Aspen Dental

Very expensive in the long run, terrible service too!

Don't even know where to begin. Had no problems or discomfort in my mouth, aside from an old crown that fell out which needed to be re-glued properly by a professional. No insurance either, just a dental discount plan and no income from employment. EVERY PENNY COUNTS ... but here we are, now about 7 months later, with fillings, two crowns, root canals, fillings, and around $2000 worth of expenses on a credit plan ... where I previously had no discomfort aside from my initial complaint. One of the crowns fell out repeatedly. Eventually it lasted about 5 months with a new metal post before falling out again. Waiting 3 days now for a response after contacting them 3 times already. The staff is nice, understanding, lots of smiles, and I never had to wait more than 15 minutes ... that's how they get you to keep coming back. I'm very very disappointed, can not in good conscience recommend to anyone.... more
