Im sorry you seem to have had a bad experience with Advanced Water Shapes but your comments are completely false. Advanced Water Shapes is bound by law to permit every swimming pool we construct. Please post your name or address and I will confirm this to the readers it ws permitted. We use top of the line Jandy pumps on all our pools unless requested otherwise by our customers. They are all backed by either Advanced Water Shapes Warranty or Jandy Warranty so if you have a problem with the pump please let me know so we can set it up for service. Also that is an incorrect statement about where we purchase our solar panels from. We use a company out of St. Petersburg Florida that has been around since 1976. They also offer a 10 year warranty on their panels so if you need service on those please let me know and I will set them up for service. As to anything else service related we have a department set up to handle these things so please feel free to contact Advanced Water Shapes.... more

Fast and Efficient
Wind and rain blew out one of the tall panels on our linea. I called Brian and he came out the next day, gave us a very fair price and fixed the panel right then. Panel is tight and he was done within 30 minutes. We will be calling him again in the future with any screening problem.... more

WORST POOL COMPANY EVR
To all the other "good" comments, just wait until your pool is about a year older then see how well you like them!!!!! Found out they NEVER perminted our pool completely, Pump went out after ONE year, now after just 2 years our solor panel are blowing and come to find they order these OVER THE INTERNET and install themselves, NO WARRANTY!!! And we have to replace ALL of them ourselves after only 2 years!!!... more
