"BUYER BEWARE"
"Buyer Beware" -This is what I was told by the employee, manager and owner when I returned with a purchase that my husband had made that he was lead to believe he was getting a really good deal - half price. When I found out that he had paid more than retail price I tried to return it to the store and I was told that he should have done his research before he made the purchase and I was told another "untruth" that the consigner had already been paid. The purchase was made two days earlier, not counting Christmas day. They must have many happy consigners that get paid that quickly (sarcasm). I was not even offered and exchange or future credit. The owner is just rude and expressed that he is greedy.... more

Eight kayaking buddies, guys and gals, each with a different taste; every meal was excellent, delicious and the food all looked just great. The service was fine, right there every time. The prices were more than fair! Everyone was really pleased with what they ordered and the short time that it took to reach our table. They have it together and the dinning room looks great. The after dinner tour really opened our eyes. No one could believe that such a beautifully diverse Resort Hotel facility with pool and Tiki bar and lounge with convention center could be right here under our noses. Bentley’s Resort Hotel is a world class facility with proximity to the Sarasota arts, the Nokomis and Venice beaches and the famous North Jetty fishing pier and kayak launch point. UNHAPPY
I am not very happy with the new consignment policy. They only take items 100.00 in value or higher. After 60 days if they do not sell you must pay them 20% to get your items back. If they put a very high price tags on the items they will never sell and they will still make money on them.I will be out money just to get my items back that did not sell. This seams so unfair to me.... more
