THERE ARE MANY SIGNS... IT CAN CREATE CO (CARBON MONOXIDE) IN A BUILDING. BUT, FOR THE MOST PART, THE FURNACE WILL NOT BURN RIGHT. IT COULD POTENTIALLY MAKE A SYSTEM GO OFF ON HIGH LIMIT, OR START BURNING UP COMPONENTS THAT ARE NEAR THE CRACK. THE ONLY TRUE WAY TO DETERMINE IS TO VISUALLY FIND THE CRACK, WITH A CAMERA OR BY PULLING THE HEAT EXCHANGER.

If so, how should the title read?

Of course a divorced couple CAN buy a home together, the real question should read WHY would they?
If two people went through a divorce, and then reconciled later and wish to purchase a home together, then I don't see any reason it would be titled differently then any other unmarried couple.

There may be a few nice looking cars on this lot but NONE of them are worth anything close to what he's selling them for. He posts their "prices" on his website http://sunshinecarsandtrucks.com/ but those are NOT the prices he will quote you when you get there. His prices, if you have not looked at the website and agree to them, are generally $3 to $4 THOUSAND more than what he's got them listed for on his website. Then if you're financing and not doing the BHPH he'll change the sales contract and forge your signature. This isn't a lie...I'm speaking from experience. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE... more

Great Pizza, Great People
Having been residents of PC for over 16 yrs., we've sampled a lot of pizzas from the local pizza vendors...some of which are no longer with us unfortunately. The jest of this write-up is simple...I'm going to talk about PIZZA. We had been fairly consistent Customers w/Marcos Pizza, but towards the end of the first owner, Jeff's, tenure w/the store, my family encountered several "run-in's" with not only our orders, but the owner and Manager wanting to argue w.us over their own coupons! Enough said we began looking around for a new, reasonably priced pizza hangout three months ago and ran into Westshore Pizza for lunch one day. Previous management had run Westshore Pizza's name into the ground years ago and we had not been back. We were pleasantly surprised by the new management of the new owners, Cheryl and Haney, who earnestly wanted to EARN our business and trust. They have done both and they have now become OUR weekly pilgrimage for pizza at least once and sometimes 2x a week.... more
