Ikebana International meet at Chapel on the Hill on 126th Street and Park Blvd. We meet every third Monday from September until May. We have a demonstration of flower arranging or Japanese cultural art in the morning, have lunch and in the afternoon, we have classes. Everyone is welcome at least once for free. I have heard comments from people living in the area that Ikebana International is one of the most active groups in Tampa Bay.
We also have Arts and Crafts on the second Monday every month at the Park Station in Pinellas Park. Everything we do is based on Japanese cultural arts and crafts including sumi-e and origami.
