The majority are rented on the Jersey shore. Some marinas have expermented with a purchase arrangement, such as condos, however this caused unwanted increased property tax assessments from some local towns.

My brother in Korea sent money to import some coral and fish to this company. However, Grady Sullivan who is owner of this Aquatics Direct did not send the coral and fish. Over Priced, Takes short cuts on work. Highly Not Recommended

I usually do my own work on my cars, but from time to time I will take them to the shops for repair if I am short on time. I used Dave's Automotive recently and later inspected the work. The repair was not complete, the car never should have been returned to me in its condition. On top of that the price for the repair was very high. As a general rule I would stay away from Dave's Automotive.... more
