Joint accounts only require one signature unless the account was set up to require two. Check to see how the account was first opened.
Bear in mind that whoever has the ATM or Debit card can clean out the account at any time.

RJ's Barber Shop
if you go to RJ's, avoid Michael!!!
After reading multiple positive reviews online, I thought I had found a great place to get a haircut. Michael was the barber that cut my hair, so I can only speak of my experience with him. If you go to RJ's, avoid Michael at all costs. He is a know it all, has a different understanding of what a medium fade is than every other barber I've ever had cut my hair and told me if he cut my hair how I had asked him to that "it wouldn't look right because of the shape of the crown of my head" (even though I had my hair cut like that for four years in the Army and know exactly what it will look like). Michael had already applied shaving cream to use a straight razor to clean up around my ears and on my neck, but I said I just wanted to leave. Got up, paid him and will never go back. If you do go to this place, don't let Michael cut your hair.... more

New Bayside Clinic Poor Service
Dr. Frederick, Patrick, Erin, Carmen, Tracy and the rest of the staff all used to provide great service at Bayside. We're not the only ones that thought that since the waiting room was always full when we went for our appointments. Since the office re-organization and the dismissal of personnel, and the hiring of inept staff, the service is abysmal. Although it troubles us to have to find a new provider, we can no longer count on Bayside Clinic for quality medical treatment.... more

BE AWARE!!! NO PEACE AND QUIET >>>>HERE!!!!
I have lived here for about 3yrs...I like my landlord, she's on point with anything I need done... But, management does nothing for the upkeeping, maintnance is a joke. My husband's car was towed 3x..(with tenant tag) and 3x we paid $251.00 (old managment)...But, this new management is just the same....Pools were close 98% of the summer and when their was one open it was filthy. I seen dogs swimming with their owners...I've seen 3 dog attacks, One of the attact had been with a gentelmen....But, the same dog was that cause (golden Labrador) the atack ...off the leash and his owner (bald young guy) on the phone. The loud misic,smoking , drinking on the weekends in the parking lot. I can wait to move....... more

I would not buy, rent or refer a friend to live there. I was interested investing in income properties.. But, after not being able to concentrate on the tour....because of the loud noise from the parking lot...the drinking beer and smoking (not cigarettes)... This is not the place where you would feel relaxed after a hard day at work....Not...for my taste!!! Palmera Pointe, should invest in security and maintnance...Gate should be fix!!!... more
