Program tracking Throughout the program, we’ll be providing you feedback on a quarterly basis that will include a list of active participants and overall goal achievements, results of polls, surveys, and one-to-ones, and other pertinent information. Your Gillis Fitness Consulting representative and our support team will work with you from the needs assessment to the launch of the program and throughout your entire relationship with us, which can last for weeks after the launch date or for the entire life of your wellness program, whichever fits your needs best.

Create a customizable meal plan 3. Select and begin a personalized fitness program 4. Work with a personal coach who will guide them to reaching their goals Personal, one-to-one coaching Because we know that everyone comes with their own unique needs, goals, and lifestyle, each of your participating team members will be personally coached by a qualified fitness and nutrition coach, where they have unlimited access to their coach at no extra charge. Using our integrative web-based program, this personal attention is something that is offered exclusively through Gillis Fitness Consulting.
