If the same problem happens because of Owner Negligence, there is no way anyone I know would fix it for free.

I offer a warranty on specifics and have at least 6 different types so... it depends on the shop and the type of repairs... but - Yes, I would say that most offer some form of warranty on their labor and other repairs.

Most parts come with their own warranty from the manufacturer and can be replaced by that company -- whether the shop will charge a fee for replacement or not is entirely up to them.

I offer no warranty on Used Parts unless they are commodity parts (fans, coin-cell batteries, LED Lights and buttons, spare CD drives, etc) because the cost is very low to begin with and I tell the customer that the part is used and I cannot guarantee how long it may work although it has tested fine and error free.

If the customer is ok with that, then they assume full responsibility for the used part and cannot get it replaced for free should it fail. (But I'm a good guy - and go ahead and replace it if I have another one handy).

It depends on what you mean by "God". I don't believe in a bearded, giant wizard, flinging lightning-bolts from the clouds above; but I do believe in God, because it's improbable that all that exists just spontaneously came to be on it's own. If you believe there was any kind of source for whatever exists, then you do believe in "God". In any case, one should remind people who do believe in God that they believe that God made everyone to know right from wrong; and, if that's the case (God created the human conscience), one could believe in right and wrong, without believing in an anthropomorphic deity... it depends more on what you do, than what you say; and it all depends on what you think or feel.
