. I called to have my carpets cleaned and they were able to come out the next day. Not only were they on time, but they called ahead of time and were able to get things done earlier than anticipated. The job was done quickly and efficiently. The tech that came out also worked around my sleeping children. I have pets and not only did the tech leave my carpets smelling fresh but they look brand new as well.... more

If I could rate that business below 1 they would be negative ten (10). Not only they are a rip-off, I believe they are scamming customers. There's no way your merchandise should be held as long as four (4) months in my case, without any explanation. There were 4 individuals there but three of them was very rude and unprofessional. My wife and I read another review where those individuals was confrontational with another customer and the police was called and arrested two of the employees. PLEASE STAY AWAY, THIS WILL HELP TO SHUT THEM DOWN!!!!!!... more

Worst Business Practices
Jonesboro Computronics is a rip-off. They charge you up front for parts and service and provides no completion dates for service. It has been four months and nothing. Their answer was we don't have to tell you anything, read you contract. The contract states the business does not assume any responsibility for any future, past, or present problems, damage, or loss of customer's product. The contract also states that they can add fees without your permission What business takes your money and your gaming system and make no promises. Went to the store and the 4 employees present were rude and the situation became threatening. One employee took his coat off as if to prepare for a physical altercation. I found myself talking to non-professional idiots whose last result in trying to explain their process for what they call a business was to start threatening me. Told me I could not come back in their store and I better not come back on their property. WARNING STAY AWAY !!!!!!... more
