Appalachian Tubs
Very bad experience
DO NOT LET THEM DO ANYTHING. YOU WILL REGRET IT. I had Appalachian Tubs come to fix the bottom of my shower as it is made of fiberglass, and my insurance adjuster gave me their name because it would be cheaper than my deductible to get a new shower as it had cracks that appeared after 7 years in a new home. After coming out twice, they never could get sharp pieces of something out of the glaze so we couldn't stand on it, but that wasn't the worst of it. The second time they came out the procelain glaze covered everything in my bedroom including my new TV and my American Drew bedroom furniture. They stated they would refund my $375 I paid for the work as now we have to get a new shower after all, but after several weeks, still no check. They have lied to me twice on the phone telling me they were mailing the check right then. The last time was over a week ago and still no check. I have left voice mails and no return phone call. DO NOT LET THEM DO ANYTHING! You will regret it.... more

TERRIBLE! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR TREATMENT
Multiple phone calls made to this company with many, many messages left. No one EVER returned our phone calls. Duvall quoted entirely too high for a job, and then, after stating he would lower price, NEVER had the professional courtesy to return a follow up call. If he didn't want the business, he should have had the decency to say so. What a waste of time! Another call to a local construction company here in Rome has proved beneficial to us! A MUCH better price and the same quality!... more
