The question is not a college student question, it is a question that has to be directed to the Social Security Administration. It is a really good question, one that I dont have a specific answer for, but students by law are covered up to the age ot 23 or 26... so I would think that SSI would cover students, but that is really a social security question, and you might be best served if you contact a social security disability attorney.
