Mount Berry was named after Berry College founder Martha Berry. It is part of the 'Rome, Georgia Metropolitan Statistical Area'. Major attractions include Mount Berry Square shopping mall. Among the biggest companies in Mount Berry are Hardy Realty & Development Company, and Georgia Power Company. The biggest schools here are Rome Middle School and Darlington School. One of the best places to visit when you are in Mount Berry is JCPenney Off-Mall Store. Famous persons from Mount Berry include JCPenney.
