AWFUL, DISGUSTING NOT A GOOD PLACE!!
We pay rent to live here and high rent that is not worth living here. They should have tried to take care of or issues. Now I’m hearing there has been complaints and people moving in and out left and right. My 2 year is traumatized from a spider crawling on her. DO NOT MOVE HERE I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE IT IS NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. BE CAREFULL WHEN YOU COMPLAIN THEY MAY CALL YOR JOB AS IS YOU ARE WRONG FOR COMPLAINING TO THEM ABOUT ISSUES THEY SHOULD BE FIXING! The community smells like rotten trash from the garbage being picked up once a week.... more

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!
I would not refer anyone to live in any of their properties. Before you move in they sell you all of these lies on what they do for yo but they do not live up to their word. Since we have been living here it has been hell. I was pregnant and had a 10 month old by myself during the winter while my husband was in Iraq and the heater did not work. I made a total of at least 12 complaints about the heater and each time they sent the same person and this guy told us the first time that the furnance was old. I thoght to myself how do you rent a home with an old furnance. So we had to deal with the cold and no heater the entire winter season. There is a bad spider issue in the homes here. I complained about the spiders and the safety of my kids and I was told they dont deal with spiders and to go buy some insect spray WHAT!!!!! The garbage is picked up once a week so everyones trash sits outside for a week and flies fly around everywhere do to the trash outside. LOTS OF FLIES!!!!! There was e... more

I wouldn't advise anyone to live here. I've lived here for several years, and the only reason we have stayed so long is we were wating for orders out of here. The staff they have worknig in the office are either rude or dumb. You ask a question, you'll get 3 different answers. They do not spray for bugs like they are supposed to, the rent is WAY too high for what we're living in. It seems to me that there are different rules for people depending on your rank. The parks are disgusting, yard maintence is a joke, if you have a complaint about anything, they get right on the task of ignoring you. I have talked several people out of living here.... more

AWFUL!!!
This complex was awful. We had a problem with the dryer hook up and maintancence was unwilling to help. This went to the manager and she gave us nothing but ATTITUDE and was completely unwilling to resolve the situation. This is worse than base housing!!!! Avoid this complex at all cost. It isn't worth the $700-1200 dollars a month!... more
