Awful!
Thee absolute WORST service...EVER! Thankfully i don't work from home & have to depend on Mediacoms internet service, or i'd be out of a job. The internet goes out at least (literally) a hundred times a day & the customer service is useless. Oh & I forgot to mention that when the gentlemam came to hook up our cable & "internet" he arrived 3 1/2 hrs late! As if I didn't have anything better to do than sit around & wait all day AND NIGHT! Seriously, for what we pay you a month, get it together, Mediacom!... more

dont use this company
they dropped my couch and scratched up my furniture. They had a large truck but did not stack so were not able to get all my stuff in the truck so still had to get another truck to move the rest of my stuff. At the present time they do not seem to care to make this right. I am still dealing with them. they also quoted one price and then change it 2 days before my move... more

Iq Renovation
Unprofessional and Not to be Trusted
IQ Renovation did some work for us and they did it all wrong, it was not at all professional work. This ended up causing further damage to the house. It took forever to get them to do something about it and when they did their "repairs" were not complete and professional as well. They also damaged parts of the property while they were at it. It will take alot of time and money for us to get our house back to normal after our encounter with this company. If you value your money and your home do not use this company.... more
