How Can One Tell If A Heat Exchange Unit Has Cracks?
Is there any way to tell if the heat exchange unit part of the furnace is cracked? Is there any simple way of checking it?

The best way to do it is visually by shinning a light in the exchanger and looking for obvious cracks. But what constitutes a crack. Many furnaces will have hair line cracks in the metal and sometimes welds will pop and leave a tiny hole. Sometimes the metal can be of poor quality or condensate from the air conditioning coil can leak and ruin the metal. But when this happens it will usually cause the flames to roll out or dance in the burners.

You will not find a more professional, reasonable, personable florist in Davenport than West End Gardens. Before my parents passed this year, I had never heard of a florist delivering to a cemetary. West End Gardens does exactly that. My brother & I live over 900 miles from the Q.C. and have no way of placing flowers on their grave. Sue at West End Gardens not only delivers them to the grave but goes a step further and e-mails a picture of what I bought and how it looks at grave site. Ive used action towing multiple times the people have always been polite and careing. they got to me faster then they said they would. he even gave me a ride back home after towing my car. as i read through the other reviews i realize that they might drovide impound service for buisnesses but thats part of there job. and you people should realize that when you park somewhere your not supposed too its gonna get towed. but i am very pleased with there services and am going to continue to use them.... more
