Pella is a city in Marion County, Iowa. The population was 9,832 as of the 2000 census. Pella is home to several manufacturing companies, including Pella Corporation and Vermeer Manufacturing Company. Pella was founded in 1847 by Dutch. The town got its name from the biblical city of Pella, Jordan. Pella was the childhood home of Wyatt Earp. Local attractions include the Vermeer Mill, which is a fully functional 1850's windmill. Also, the Pella Opera House is a popular entertainment venue. Every year in May the city puts on the Tulip Time Festival, which celebrates the city's Dutch heritage. Famous persons from Pella include MLB player Kory DeHaan and Utah Jazz guard Kyle Korver.

What could be the problem with a 3 way dimmer switch that will only work on one setting?
Are you using CFL bulbs. Older switches will not work with CFL bulbs. Change to incadescent bulb or change switch.
Is it good to use oak for counter tops or press board?
Assuming the top will be laminated, particle board is not only much much cheaper but it expands and contracts the same as laminate. If the question is literal, particle board would be a health issue.
