Cissna Park is a village in Pigeon Grove Township, Iroquois County, Illinois. The city of Watseka is nearby. This city was incorporated in 1865. The Old Iroquois County Courthouse was built in 1866. An Iroquois County resident, Katherine Clifton, left a large sum of money after her passing to build a new courthouse. In 1967, residents of this city petitioned to have the old courthouse remain. The petitions were approved and the Old Courthouse re-opened as a museum. In 1975, the Old Courthouse was listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
