Jay, you and Nick (the guy who wrote the exact SAME review ) seem to have had the same problem and the same experience on the same day. Go figure! Sounds to me like you are the rude one and making false statements. Not sure what appetizer you paid for but if it was calamari you must have been at the different place....it is not $20. And as for the smell of smoke there is no smoking allowed so again you must have been at another restaurant. The only thing I feel when I walk out of there is content and full.... more

Best Osso Buco and Chilean Sea Bass
I have been to Scapa many of times and my job takes me all over the world so I tend to eat out a lot. Scapa Italian Kitchen is a Fantastic Italian Restaurant in the Western Suburbs. I recently enjoyed the Spicy Osso Buco Ravioli and my guest had the Chilean Sea Bass. I Love Osso Buco and based on how fast my guest inhaled the Chilean Sea Bass -- I would say it was pretty good. Nice wine list and great service.... more
