One of the most effective wet basement waterproofing methods is the four wall interior waterproofing system. Drainage is laid (below the floor cement) along the cove (where the wall and floor meet), and the water is pumped out using a dependable sump pump with a battery back up.

Also, be sure the gutter and downspouts flow water freely, and the grade out dirt around the home slopes away from the foundation. Since photo printers been available for home use, have they affected the number of people getting pictures developed at a picture developer?

Has the availability of the home photo printer affected the number of people going to picture developers? If so, what have picture developers done to stay in operation? Thanks

I dont think it has had a huge impact because home photo printers are either really expensive or not of very high quality. However, I think more people are getting by with smaller prints that can be gotten cheaply somewhere like walmart, and people are also using more digital display methods and printing less in general.
So there may be a reduction, but it is due to other changes, not home photo printers. I think printers have to concentrate on what peopel can't do at home, canvas prints, gallery wraps, super large prints, mugs, etc.
