gone downhill fast
they have gone downhill very fast - we have ordered from them for the 2 years since they opened and had pretty good food and good service - until recently. they messed up our order and when we called to get sorted out the owner was very rude and defensive even though the error was theirs. They have lost our business for sure. there are other places with great food and value that deliver in Cortland. I suggest Vinnies, Pizza Pros or Italian dreams. All have given much better service and remedy mistakes quickly and politely IF any mistake in an order is made.... more

NEW MANAGER
I moved in in June and in July they got a new manager and all i have to say is THANK GOD! The old manager and assistant were prejudice and rude. The new manager has worked out payment plans and is very nice and professional. The property looks better too!! Overall I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a good place to live.... more
