Really!!!!!
This place does not even deserve 1 star as it is a total rip-off shop. I took my car in to be repaired and never did receive a bid or what was even wrong with my car. I called to check three weeks later after not hearing from them and they said that since I did not call they thought I was dumping my car and they wanted a storage fee after I told them I would take my car somewhere else to be repaired since they had not even looked at it.... more

i was dealing on a SUV with Chris White for a whole week. I drove down to Eligin IL which took almost 3 hours only because they said they would give me a good deal. Well only to find out that they sold the SUV a day before. NOT one person called to tell me. So a half of a tank of gas later and 6 hours of my life I will never get back no one has yet to call me and say Sorry. Thats really all i want is for them to tell me they screwed up but now they will not return my emails or my phone calls. I will never deal with these people again. Along with the General Manager that I also copied on my emails. But when they where dealing with me they would email me back the next second. So what happened to that customer service.... more

Never pay this business in cash or use the night drop! Their night drop goes directly into the building/office. They are quick to say they never received a payment. Always save all of your receipts!!! NOT trustworthy at all!! Very sad that money is completely missing and I am out the payment.... more
