Way to be Awesome!
I just went in for the first time today on advice from a friend. My little Janome kept jamming and I couldn't get it stop being possessed. I needed the help of those more knowledgeable than I. They were superb! Not only did they take a look at it on the spot, they also got it running perfectly again. I will definitely be back to take a class or two. It seems like they have lots of options for many different levels and skill sets. Way to be awesome!... more

Roberts Saved the Day!
I work at a local wedding boutique and today we had a sewing emergency. One of our main sewing machines had a major issue and it was crucial that we had it fixed immediately. We rushed over to the store and were instantly greeted. He sat right down and began problem solving with the designer. Within 15 minutes, he had miraculously fixed the machine, explaining to us exactly what he had done (flossing a sewing machine? Who would have thought!) This wedding boutique is 100% happy with the service we have received from Roberts Sewing Machine Center! They saved the day!... more
