I WANTED TO ADD AN UPDATE TO MY EARLIER REVIEW. TRUE, ALTHOUGH WE HAD A BAD EATING EXPERIENCE, I DECIDED TO CALL THE OWNER. SHE EXPLAINED THEY HAD A TRAINEE COOK, AND REALLY FELT BAD. SHE CREDITED US FOR THE ENTIRE BILL, AND ASKED US TO PLEASE TRY THEM AGAIN AFTER THE COOK SITUATION IS RESOLVED. I REALLY APPRECIATED THAT GESTURE , AND WILL GIVE IT ANOTHER TRY. THE OWNER WAS REALLY NICE, AND TOOK THE TIME TO TALK TO US IN PERSON. NEXT TIME I AM DISAPPOINTED IN A RESTAURANT, I WILL CALL BEFORE PLACING A BAD REVIEW. NOT WORTH THE $$$
We had heard this was a good place to order food. I called in a carry out. First, they only take CASH!!! I had to scramble to come up money to pay for the order. When I got home, the food was less then appealing. The BBQ was just slopped on a plate, and reminded me of the stuff you buy in the plastic containers at the grocery store. I ordered Tilapia & Alaskan White Fish. When I got home, we had greasy catfish, and some other kind of fish that didn't resemble either of the kind I ordered. The only saving grace was their onion rings & Philly Steak and cheese. They were very tasty. But, for 4 sandwiches, an order of onion rings & 2 small orders of fries, it was $40!!!!!!! We could have eaten out (including tea/soda) for this price. We are all still hungry since most of the food was not good, but are out of money and can't go get anything else. I guess we will be eating PB&J!!! I'd reccomend going somewhere else, anywhere else.... more
