remote computer repair involves us logging into your computer with a built in software program from microsoft or a third party vendor I.E GO TO MY PC, it allows us to control your pc or to watch what your doing to figure out what issues your having, just about anything software related, from virus removal to weekly maintaince can be performed by remote connection, the only thing we cant do remotly is to change out hardware.
