never go to this one
I have been a long time T-Mobile customer. I went to this outlet in need of 1 small item (wired headset). After being ignored for several minutes I did get the attention of one of the 2 sales people. But was then told that there would be a wait (4 people in front of me) just to pay for the device. I even ofered to just give my gift card valued at more than the purchase price just to get out of there. I under stand that the cutomers coming in to get a phone and sign a long contract are more important to you than some one just buying a $20 dollar item, but I think any wait as long as I was going to have to endure (at least 30 minutes) is inexcusable. Either gets some help or process the qucik things to get people out. I had to return to work. doubtful I will renew next time.... more

Jamie and Ron and their crew were great to work with! I signed the contract on Friday and had my front walk and carriage walk done on Monday of the following week.
