We ask for notice for your own protection, that way we know that there should be activity at your unit. But as long as you leave the unit clean and empty with the lock removed we are ok with that.

The person who wrote the previous review has absolutely no regard for the truth. I checked with this retailer , from whom I have bought many pairs of boots, and they never give a 30 day comfort guarantee. They sell to a lot contractors who often work only a week or two on a job that requires instep protected boots, which they specialize in. With a 30 day comfort guarantee, these people could buy the boots, wear them on the job, return them claiming discomfort and head for home. It wouldn't make sense to give a length of time guarantee. The boots that they sell from Redwing that are labeled Worx, they tell people up front that they are made according to Redwing specifications and imported from China. They do not sell Wolverines.... more

Watch out for these owners
I went to the World of Outlaws Late Models race and during qualifying, it started to rain. I understand that this not their fault but they waited an hour and half to finally call the race. As everyone left, the owners had their employees hand out tickets to each and every person. Now, if you would have went to this race and as you left from a canceled race, what would you have thought of them handing you a ticket as you left? Right, this is the rain check ticket. WELL, they put a notice on the racetracks facebook page that in order to get a refund, we need to send in our ticket stubs. I sent them the 3 tickets I received as my wife, son and I left and I sent them 2 of the ticket stubs we received when we came in. Well, they only refunded me for 2 people and that was after 2 months had passed seen the rainout. They are very deceiving owners. BEWARE!!!!!!... more

Don't stand behind warranties, unprofessional and rude
They refused to honor a warranty on a catalytic converter that failed and they were argumentative and unprofessional when I confronted them in the store. They lied to the Better Business Bureau on their proposed solution to my request for a refund. If you go here, don't expect any warranty coverage to be honored.... more
