At what stage in the purchasing process should one hire a real estate inspector to inspect the property?
This answer may vary for different areas of the country, but typically (at least here in PA) the inspection is ordered by the buyer after the seller has signed the Agreement of Sale. This is often called the execution of the agreement.
The Agreement of Sale will define the period of time (often called the "contingency window" or "inspection period") that the buyer has to have the inspections performed, receive the reports, and respond to the seller. In PA, the standard language calls for anywhere from 10 to 15 days, but this can be specifically altered on individual contracts if necessary.
Does sponsoring little league ball teams really bring new clients into a business?
It depends on your business, but if you are a business to consumer such as restaurant, carpet cleaning, plumbing, it brings name recognition to the community. If you kid plays the sport, then you can make friends with the other parents. People call people for services they trust, and then in turn they will recommend you.
Don't expect a flood of business from little league advertising, but friends call friends when in need.

They even charged for EPA fees and S&H (for what ?), shop supplies etc. Next will be electric and heating fees. The desk clerk was like a robot and "IT" was doing me a favor!!... more

BEST pharmacy I've ever done business with, par none! They take the time to review your prescriptions with you, side effects, how taken and adverse effect with other meds. They're always friendly, polite and on time with orders. Their service is nothing short of incredible! They also offer a wide variety of pharmaceutical and medical supplies, houseware and seasonal gifts, home automotive and hardware supplies, toys, books, cards and magazines and a post office etc. They stock anything and everything from A - Z. It reminds me of an old fashion general store. Give them a try and you will never go back! They will transfer your prescriptions from any other pharmacy at no cost to you. I guarantee you will enjoy doing business with them and save money! ! ! ! !... more
